Draft for legal review before commercial launch
Privacy policy
How Priority Prime handles contact, administrative and audit-related information.
1. Who is responsible
PRIORITY PRIME, LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: info@priorityprime.co. Business mailing address: 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210, Office 5320, Orlando, FL 32819, United States.
2. Information we receive
We may receive contact details, country, client type, service interests and the description submitted with an inquiry. During contracting we may receive billing, payment-status and agreement information.
An audit may expose technical or personal information visible within the authorized scope. We aim to review that material without copying or retaining it unless strictly necessary.
- Do not submit passwords, credentials or recovery codes through the website.
- Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Priority Prime.
3. Why we use information
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, define and deliver requested services, communicate with clients, manage agreements and payments, protect the service, establish or defend legal claims, and meet applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, consent, or another legally available basis.
4. Data minimization and retention
Technical reviews follow a minimal-collection and minimal-retention approach. Where practical, work is performed by screen sharing or temporary least-privilege access in the client’s environment. We primarily retain findings, risks, conclusions and recommendations.
Contact, contracting, invoicing and payment records are different from audited technical material. They may be kept for the period reasonably necessary for the relationship, legal obligations, dispute handling and applicable limitation periods. Unnecessary temporary evidence is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
5. Providers and international transfers
The website and communications may use service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting and security, Turnstile for abuse prevention, Resend for transactional email, email providers, and Stripe or banking providers when payment is arranged. These providers process information under their own terms and appropriate contractual arrangements.
Priority Prime is a United States company and may serve clients internationally. Information may therefore be processed in the United States or other countries where providers operate. Where required, appropriate legal transfer mechanisms and safeguards should be used.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking or analytics. Strictly necessary technologies may be used to deliver the site, protect the contact form and prevent abuse. If the technical implementation changes, this policy and any consent mechanism will be reviewed.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, confirmation of processing or withdrawal of consent. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or overriding lawful grounds.
Send requests to info@priorityprime.co. We may need to verify identity before acting. You may also have the right to complain to the competent privacy authority in your jurisdiction.
8. Security and updates
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated when practices, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date will be shown on this page.
