FAQ

Straight answers before you request an audit

These answers explain the standard process. The written scope and service agreement define the details of each engagement.

01Are audits carried out remotely?

Yes. Work is completed remotely using email, video calls, screen sharing and, only when agreed, expressly authorized temporary access.

02How is my information protected?

We minimize collection and retention, prefer screen sharing or temporary least-privilege access, and retain findings and recommendations rather than unnecessary client content.

03How long does an audit take?

Most audits take 1–2 weeks after scope and access are confirmed. More complex work may take approximately 3 weeks.

04How is the final price determined?

Published prices are indicative ranges. We confirm the systems, people and depth included, then agree a fixed scope and final USD price before payment.

05What does the scope include?

The written scope identifies the authorized accounts, devices, domains or services to review, the checks to perform and any explicit exclusions.

06What will I receive at the end?

You receive a professional PDF report with an executive summary, findings, prioritized risks and actionable recommendations, plus an approximately 30-minute review session.

07Do I need to provide passwords?

No. Do not send passwords. When access is necessary, we prefer screen sharing or a temporary, least-privilege account that can be disabled after the audit.

08Can I engage Priority Prime from another country?

Yes. Priority Prime works remotely with clients in compatible markets, including the United States, the European Union and Brazil. Services and published prices remain in USD.
